We are established in the People’s Republic of China. We do not maintain an establishment, branch or VAT registration in the European Union or the United Kingdom, and we have not appointed an EU representative under Article 27 GDPR. Enquiries about how we handle personal data can be sent to the contact details above and will be answered by our own team in China.

2. Whose data this policy covers

This website is aimed at business buyers — distributors, brand owners, salon chains and OEM/ODM customers. We do not sell to consumers through this website and we do not operate a consumer checkout.

3. What we collect

3.1 Information you send us

When you submit an enquiry, quote request or sample request we receive the details you enter, which may include your name, company name, country, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, and the content of your message.

3.2 Information collected automatically

When you browse the site we collect limited technical information: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed and the time spent on them. This is collected through server logs and through Google Analytics (see section 5).

3.3 Order-related information

If a business relationship is established, we also hold commercial records: proforma invoices, order specifications, artwork and label files, delivery addresses and correspondence.

4. Why we use your data and our legal basis

• To answer enquiries and prepare quotations, samples and orders — performance of a contract or steps taken before a contract, and our legitimate interest in running a B2B sales activity.
• To deliver goods and handle claims — performance of a contract.
• To keep commercial and accounting records — compliance with legal obligations under PRC law.
• To measure and improve the website — legitimate interest, and where required by law, your consent to analytics cookies.
• To protect the site against spam and abuse — legitimate interest in keeping our enquiry channels usable.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors find and use the site. Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_<container-id>, which store a pseudonymous identifier and typically persist for up to 2 years. The information produced is aggregated and is used to count visits, identify the pages that work and the pages that do not, and to see which countries our traffic comes from.

We also use functional cookies required by the content management system and by the caching layer that serves the site.

You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking cookies may reduce some functionality but will not prevent you from sending us an enquiry.

6. Who we share data with

• Google (Google Analytics) — website measurement, acting as a processor.
• Our hosting and email providers — to run the site and deliver correspondence.
• Couriers and freight forwarders — only the name, address and phone number needed to ship samples or orders.
• Professional advisers and authorities — where required by law.

We do not disclose enquiry data to third parties for their own marketing.

7. International transfers

Your data is processed in the People’s Republic of China and may be processed in the United States by Google Analytics. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies to a transfer, we rely on the safeguards available for such transfers, including the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses where applicable.

8. How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not lead to an order: up to 24 months.
• Order, invoicing and shipping records: for the period required by PRC accounting and tax rules, generally 10 years.
• Google Analytics data: 14 months.

9. Your rights

If the GDPR, UK GDPR or another applicable data protection law applies to you, you may ask us to:

• confirm whether we hold personal data about you and give you a copy of it;
• correct data that is inaccurate;
• delete data we no longer need;
• restrict or object to processing;
• provide your data in a portable format;
• withdraw consent to analytics cookies at any time.

10. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry data is stored in our content management system, access is limited to staff who need it, and administrative access requires authentication. No online system is completely secure, so please do not send payment card details or confidential formulations through the website forms.

11. Children

The site is intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The “last updated” date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be announced on this page.
