"Can you match this colour?" is the most common question we receive. Here is exactly what happens after you send us a reference.
Step 1 — reference and brief
You can send a physical swatch, a photo, a Pantone number, or even a competitor bottle. We also ask about the base you need — classic gel, builder, poly gel — and the finish, because the same pigment behaves differently in each system.
Step 2 — lab formula
Our lab builds a first formula, then runs the same checks we use for the standard range: colour under daylight and lamp light, viscosity, curing behaviour and adhesion. Usually a second or third adjustment closes the gap on tricky shades such as deep reds or milky nudes.
Step 3 — sample and approval
- You receive swatch samples of the matched colour for sign-off.
- Once approved, the formula is fixed and logged under your project.
- A retain sample stays with us, so every repeat batch can be compared against the original.
The matched colour can then run as a private label product or as bulk gel for your own line — the formula belongs to your project.
