Gel polish is a sensitive product: dust, moisture or a slightly wrong viscosity shows up as defects on the nail. Here is how our dust-free filling room keeps those risks under control.
Controlled environment
Filling takes place in a positive-pressure cleanroom with filtered air, restricted entry and full protective clothing for operators. Raw gel is moved in sealed containers and only opened inside the room.
Automated lines
Automated filling and capping machines handle bottle placement, dosing and sealing, which removes most hand contact with open product. Operators supervise the line, check fill weights and handle changeovers between shades.
Checks at every batch
- Viscosity and appearance checked before filling starts.
- Fill weight sampled during the run and recorded per batch.
- Retain samples stored for every batch, so a client complaint can be traced back to physical product.
